You are going to find out how Hitler moved from Chancellor to Fuhrer of Germany in just a year and a half. He was clever in removing all political opposition and by using or instigating events which allowed him the powers he needed to become supreme leader of Germany for the next 11 years.

Lesson 1: What was Germany like in 1918?
In 1918 Germany has many problems! The Kaiser had abdicated and Germany had just lost a four year world war! Things were not looking good! This lesson we will be researching the political problems faced by Germany from 1919-1923 and comparing the causes with the effects!
Lesson 2: You are going to revise the economic problems facing the Weimar Government and then go on to show how all the problems they faced are interlinked.
